Max has been a member of TBO since it’s foundation in 2007. His experience and professional development focus on Commercial and Corporate Law. With more than 15 years of experience counseling Real Estate deals, he specializes in structuring and closing a wide range of complex business deals, as well as traditional purchases, sales, financing and structuring, etc.
During his professional and Business career, Max has had the chance to be on both sides of property negotiation, as a buyer/seller, and advisor. Added to a deep understanding of local government culture, Max has a great understanding of both the wider picture as well as the specifics that make or break deals.
Graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad de Costa Rica in 1998 and graduated with honors in 1999 from the Stock Broker Course. In 2004 he earned a Master in Laws from Duke University in North Carolina, USA. Soon after, he became a founding member of TBO where he has worked since 2007.
Adrián spends most of his time attending international business clients and real estate transactions, applying his broad knowledge in corporate and commercial law. He has guided corporations and individuals to set up businesses in Costa Rica and Central America.
During his career he has accrued much experience as a legal international counselor in mergers and acquisitions, leading business deals in Costa Rica and abroad.
